WHO WE ARE
NLITED (New Level of Integrated TEchniques for Daylighting education) is an Erasmus+ European Project (Project Ref: 2020-1-IT02-KA203-079527). The project is created by a consortium of four European Universities: Niccolò Cusano University (IT), DTU (DK), Gdansk Tech (PL) Lunds Universitet (SE). WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT
Registration Form
During registration, the eplatform only requires a valid email. First name and last name are also requested to issue the attendance certificates.
Media
If you upload images to the ePlatform or website NLITED, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you contact us through email, your email address will be kept and used only to reply to you.
COOKIES
We only use technical cookies that are necessary for the ePlatform to function. For more details refer to the cookie policy webpage
EMBEDDED CONTENT FROM OTHER WEBSITES
Some lecture on the ePlatform and some pages on our website may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We do not share your data with any third party. However, we will use the data in an anonymous format for scientific purposes.
HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
The data will be stored within the platform and the website until the NLITED project is funded and it is required to monitor the quality of the service provided.
WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
If you have an account on the ePlatform, at any time you can request information on the processing of your personal data. You can request to access to your personal data processed by us and to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
WHERE ARE YOUR DATA STORED
The platform is hosted within the EU, We keep your data to ourselves and we don’t send it to anyone. We will use the data in an anonymous format for scientific purposes.
